I bet you they would say that. They would never listen to you or
Cambodians. They didn't listen to the American rhetorics. They didn't
listen to Chinese serman. Yet they established their communist state
with their grass root, not the kind that others would inject
themselves into it.
Why should Vietnamese listen to anyone like Cambodians?
If Cambodians stupid enough to allow them to take over Cambodia or
part of it, they would do it too.
Only stupid Cambodians allow it to happen.
The history of Cambodia agree with that notion because Cambodians have
always went to ask Vietnamese to help fighting their own people in
their own country for their own gain.

The Cambodian people committed the genocide with their own hands.
