The arsonals they get, the more they will destroy their own country. Cambodians fight each other for power for a very long time. They don't have the interest to unify their own country so their society is strong. They don't defend their own country. Instead they bring other countries to help them destroy their Cambodian opposition. They don't build their infrastructure. Instead they spend the least just to show other countries so they can get more aids to put in their own pockets. Thst's Cambodia.
