It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. The booming on Cambodian housing market is a significant sign that hard time is coming. Now, there is a good news regarding to Cambodian living. They don't spend as many other countries like America. Banking and lending system don't allow them to do that. Culturally, Cambodians don't do that. However, there are some who do just that. Many poor people were trapped into that spending spree. At the end, they would come out with empty hand. Then they return to their oringinal stage. This is the time that they will face hard time.
Don't blame on American system. Cambodians can do that only when Cambodians depend on the American economy. They would be stupid if they do. On the other, they do it anyway when it comes to their hard time. They blame Vietnamese for the KhmerRouge. They blame America for the war in Vietnam, which spilled into Cambodia. They blame others but themselves. What is wrong with that? It is very wrong when they blame others for their own illnesses.
