Hi PD, Hun Sen will probably have to settle border issue with the Thailand as the Thai wants. Hun Sen will have a real hard time if he dares to bring the 1991 Paris Agreements to deal with the Thai. The supplemental treaty signed by Cambodia along with other agreements with Vietnam in the past will complicate Cambodia-Thailand bilateral border talk-- if Hun Sen gave land to Vietnam, then why not to the Thai as well? All Khmers seem to be beggers in the whole county. Khmer farmers beg for food, clothes, and almost everything from their local leaders. I as well as other Kon Khmer doubt how much debt that we have owed to the other countries. Cambodia is a rich natural country in Southeast Asia Pacific, according to the ancient history known as Funan. During that time Khmer kingdom was a prosperous nation in this mainland. But there long after centuries why this rich nation has poorer and poorer? Who have made this rich nation become poorer and poorer , weaker and weaker? I think that the primitive reason which has made this kingdom become poorer and poorer and smaller and smaller nation because of the lack of leadership of the leaders of this nation for centuries. My suggestion to the fouth mandate government, I think that all khmer leaders should practice anti- corruption law first of all other khmer people. You should think that you are the first Cambbodian who must show up your great mind to love your nation.
