Comparison between Dr Kol Pheng of CNC ( 1990's) & Dr Chak Sokhon of KMS 2008. DR KOL PHENG HAD LED THE CAMBODIAN COUNCIL CONVENTION AT WASHINGTON DC IN 1990'S while Cambodia remained occupied by Vietnam against 10 UN resolutions calling Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia , not respected . At that CNC Convention there were Mr Kenneth Quinn from the US State Dept who attended the event. Later Mr Kenneth Quinn was appointed as US Ambassador to Cambodia( his spouse is a Vietnamese lady ) Dr Kok Pheng never say a word about the Vietnamese occupation of Cambodia , not a word. Presently in 2008 Dr Kol Pheng joints the CPP/Hun Sen government as Minister of education of Cambodia. Cambodia in 2008 remains occupied by Vietnam . He is 100% partner in crimes with the Vietnamese invades . DR Chak Sokhon has led recently a 2nd CONVENTION OF THE KHMER MACHAS SROK August 29-31,2008 at Lowell , MA, USA. At that convention of KMS, Dr Chak Sakhon has exposed the presence of the Vienamese invaders in Cambodia and explained in details the creation of the Vietnamese communists, the Khmer issarak, Khmer VietMinh, the Khmer rouge under the leadership of the Vietminh etc... One particular point was very striking Dr Chak Sakhon said about the Vietnamese slogan : The Vienamese claims that " where there is or are the Vietnamese villages, Vietnamese communities in Cambodia , these are Vietnamese land ...." THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DR KOL PHENG MARRIED TO A VIETNAMESE WIFE AND IS BECOMING PARTNER IN CRIMES WITH THE VIETNAMESE INVADERS , AND WHO HAS EXPOSED THE ABUSES ,CRIMES OF THE VIETNAMESE INVADERS. ONE THING Dr Chak Sakhon HAS ENCOURAGED ALL KHMER IS THIS : NEVER GIVING UP HOPE. Where she goes she has met Khmer who are willing to resist the Vietnam occupation of the mother land. Let me open a parenthesis in the case of Dr Chak Sakhon at the 2nd Convention of KMS at Lowell , MA .USA. Behind the scene or outside the convention, there are those who kept asking if Dr Chak Sakhon was Monique Sihanouk supporter or was working for her ? Or she was working for somebody? Regardless Dr Chak Sakhon was courageous to expose the Vietnamese presence ,abuses, crimes in Cambodia. May I add this according to my information received " she said in France she has been approached by one American Friend who saw her KMS movement and her works and said to her that it was in right track, and if she kept working in that direction , KMS may be able to get some funding from the Charitable foundation ..." THE FACTS ARE : DR KOL PHENG IS BECOMING A VIETNAMESE INVADER PARTNER DR CHAK SOKHON DID NOT DARE TO MENTION YET THE VIENAMESE OCCUPATION AND THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS. May be Monique Sihanouk or the former King did not allow KMS to say at this present time, in the case of DR Chak Sokhon who is really Monique Sihanouk protege ? Or She is not able to read them at this time for various reasons I ignore ? What ever may be, I admire her courage for exposing the Vietnamese presence in Cambodia.
