They then lured the KR to war that they used as pretext to attack and invading Cambodia in December 1978. In January 1979, Viet communist installed puppet Heng Samrin in Phnom Penh. What did they do? --- They colonized Cambodia with SPECIAL RELATION treaty signed in February that year, and swallowing Cambodia into their designed INDOCHINA FEDERATION. Being friend or enemy with Viet communist produces the same result. James
