Dear Lok Sithan,

I read your response to my call to you about the meaning of the 10 UN
resolutions regarding the Vietnamese invasion, occupation of Cambodia from
1979-2008.

I am so glad to see your interpretation of the 10 UN resolutions in this way :

1. " How have I to RE-MENTION again and again about these RESOLUTIONS WITHOUT
TEETH ?"

2. " Everybody knew these resolutions, but until today, Sept. 26, 2008, do
Vietnamese leaders obey and follow these resolutions?

3. The only one way is to APPEAL to all signatories of the Paris Peace
Agreement of 1991 to solve Cambodian problem.

4. do Vietnamese leaders obey and follow these resolutions?
Lok Sithan,
I think You and I are on the same page. We understand well the situation and
the solutions to the problems of the presence of the Vietnamese invaders and
illegal Vietnamese settlers in Cambodia against the the United Charter and the
10 UN resolutions.

One thing I disagree with you is that You refer to "The only one way is to
APPEAL to all signatories of the Paris Peace Agreement of 1991 to solve
Cambodian problem".
I also disagree with you on another point , meaning that You are waiting for
the former King Sihanouk to call the Paris Agreement in order to resolve our
problem.
You may not realize that the 1991 Paris Peace Accords on Cambodia is dealing
with the civil war in Cambodia among Cambodians , and not with the Vietnamese
invasion and occupation of Cambodia ?

This is the Soviet & Vietnamese communist & French Communists of Mitterand trap
that they had duped Norodom Sihanouk to sign ?
This the way that they had influenced Sihanouk to take in order to trash the 10
UN resolutions in the wind?

As of today only President Reagan talked about that and Sihanouk does not dare
to say a word . Why ?
It's a treason and betrayal for him to raise this issue.

If we wait for Sihanouk the traitor to do that we are wrong.
That is the way of a traitor to the Cambodia and the Cambodian people chosen
and it fails and look we how much Vietnamese in the country today ?

So the legal way and with strong teeth is the 10 UN resolutions lok Sithan. If
you do not believe me consult with any international lawyer friend of your on
this issue.

Please ask them to interpret these two UN resolutions:

The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/40/7, by vote of 114-21 with
16 abstentions, calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces from
Cambodia. Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution
A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of
Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.

President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General,
there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we
seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan.
We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...."

I strongly recommand to all Khmer to take this way ,the 10 UN resolutions to
condemn Vietnam crimes against Cambodia and the Cambdodian people.

116 UN member countries had condemned Vietnam in this resultions , Lok Sithan
...
A US President is shown here much more Cambodian than Sihanouk a Chinese /Viet
communist agent do not you think so ?

regards

Bury

Dear Vichea and Diep,
and especially to lok Bury

I do not clearly undrstand the purpose of this reader.

Everybody knew these resolutions, but until today, Sept. 26, 2008, do
Vietnamese leaders
obey and follow these resolutions? As we had known that more than 100,000
troops are still occupying Cambodia; it had been recently declared by Hun Sen.
This declaration of Viet occupation is in the YOUTUBE.COM too. And everyday
more and more Viet illegal Immigrants are settling in Cambodia , and easily
obtaining Khmer Citizenship with the help of CPP ruling party.

The only one way is to APPEAL to all signatories of the Paris Peace Agreement
of 1991 to solve Cambodian problem. But HOW WE, ALL KHMERS OUTSIDE, can
contribute and approach this GOAL ? This is the main current question ! In
contrary, Sihanouk, the most responsible man of the Khmer Killing fields, and
the current Khmer yuon puppet regime do not want to do that. UNITED WE PREVAIL
is my saying long long times ago, and I am still repeating it in almost all of
my poems.

How have I to RE-MENTION again and again about these RESOLUTIONS WITHOUT TEETH ?

My best regards.

LOK HIN SITHAN, I AM READING WITH INTEREST YOUR MESSAGE , BUT I LOVE TO DRAW
YOUR ATTENTION ON THIS POINT.I AM EXPOSING FOR YEARS ABOUT THE 10 UN
RESOLUTIONS CALLING VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA , NOT RESPECTED
.WHY EVERY KHMER KEEPS CRYING , WEEPING, BLAMING BUT REMAINS SILENT NOT TO SAY
A WORD ABOUT THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS ? WHY DO YOU FEAR THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS?
HERE ARE SOME , CAN YOU READ OR WRITE IN KHMER IN THE POEM ?The UN General
Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/40/7, by vote of 114-21 with 16
abstentions, calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces from
Cambodia. Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution
A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of
Vietnamese forces from Cambodia. It's a shame for Vietnam the new rich within
APEC MEMBER WHO IS DUMPING HER CITIZENS IN CAMBODIA TO ROB ALL JOBS HERE.
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .President Reagan's
address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York,
New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for
Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we
sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal
of all Vietnamese troops ...."As of today Vietnam continues to occupy Cambodia.
Go home all the Vietnamese invaders and their illegal Vietnamese settlers .
COULD YOU INCLUDE THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS IN YOUR FUTURE POEM ? Bury
