He who, after being out stead by his own Government, had called for help all
the world Communist Government to invade Cambodia.
He who was condemned to death by absentia for high treason called for help the
Khmer people.
He who has no conscience as being human.
He who could escape for this life time from the human judges condemnation but
unabe to escape the God condamnation.
