presence of Premier Chou En-lai, swore in the name of the Democratic Republic
of Vietnam that the latter would always respect the land frontiers as well as
all islands belonging to the "Kingdom of Cambodia" March 1970 by Sihanouk .

WHY IS THIS CHINESE INVASION purpose ?
WHILE TODAY VIETNAM CONTINUES TO OCCUPY CAMBODIA AGAINST THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS?
Feb. 17, 1979 "Teaching a lesson". Some 170,000 Chinese troops with 700
warplanes, and 250-300 tanks launched an invasion of Vietnam to punish it for
invading of Cambodia. 10 UN RESOLUTIONS,(1979-1988) VOTED BY 116 UN MEMBER
COUNTRIES ,CALL VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER
TROOPS FROM THE COUNTRY ARE NOT RESPECTED. VIETNAM INVASION & OCCUPATION OF
CAMBODIA IS CONDEMNED:Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a
resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a
withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from CambodiaUS president Reagan said :America
calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence . President Reagan's address to
the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, New
York,September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for
Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we
sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal
of all Vietnamese troops ...." First, we must understand the behavior and
character of a Vietnameseas described in this book : " THIEF, LIAR : BOOK "

IN 2008 Vietnam pledges to abide by UN charter. THEN ALL VIETNAMESE INVADERS

While THAI PM visits soldiers wounded in clashes with Cambodia.
BangkokPost.com) – Security in a military airport in Ubon Ratchathani province
has been stepped up on Saturday morning as Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat is
scheduled to visit soldiers wounded in gun fight between Thailand and Cambodia
around disputed area near Preah Vihear temple.
Riot police were also deployed there to ensure safety for Mr Somchai.
Army chief Anupong Paojinda did not accompany him on the visit. Rifts between
the premier and military leaders have turned sour after he rejected Gen
Anupong’s call to step down to take responsibility for the Oct 7 violence.
Mr Somchai refused to give any interviews in the morning. He only said he would
speak to the press after he returns to Bangkok in the evening.

Le Premier ministre se rendra en Chine mercredi prochain
AKP Phnom Penh, 17 octobre 2008 --Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sèn,
Premier ministre du Royaume du Cambodge, partira le 22 octobre à Nanning, en
Chine, pour assister à la 5ème Exposition ASEAN-Chine. Le Cambodge a été nommé
« pays d’honneur » pour cette exposition de deux jours, a fait savoir un
communiqué de presse du ministère cambodgien des Affaires étrangères et de la
Coopération internationale paru jeudi.
Après l’exposition, le chef du gouvernement cambodgien participera
à la 7ème réunion de l’Asie-Europe (ASEM7) qui se tiendra les 24 et 25 octobre
à Pékin.
A part l’ASEM7, a continué le communiqué, le Premier ministre
cambodgien aura un entretien bilatéral avec Wen Jiabao, Premier ministre du
Conseil d’Etat de la République populaire de Chine.
Samdech Techo Hun Sèn sera accompagné du vice-Premier ministre Hor Namhong,
ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, et du
ministre d’Etat Châm Prasidh, ministre du commerce, et d’autres officiels du
