Phnom Penh, October 30, 2008 AKP --The fourth anniversary of His Majesty King 
Norodom Sihamoni’s coronation was held at the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh on 
Oct. 29.2008. The religious and traditional ceremony was organized in the 
presence of Prince Norodom Yuvaneath and members of the royal family. Best 
wishes from the country’s top leaders for the king were broadcasted on most 
television channels and radio stations and printed in some newspapers and 
magazines.The Cambodian king succeeded to the throne on Oct. 29, 2004 by a vote 
of the Coronation Council and following King-Father Norodom Sihanouk’s SECOND

KING NORODOM SIHANOUK AND VIOLATION OG THE KHMER KHSATRYA TRADITION WITH HIS 
TWO TIMES ABDICATION OF THE THRONE.
 
- IN 1955 KING NORODOM SIHANOUK HAD ABDICATED IN ORDER TO FOLLOW MAS TSE TOUNG 
AND HIS MARXISM DOCTRINE. HE PROMISED NOT TO ACCEPT BEING  KING OF CAMBODIA 
AGAIN. IN 1993 HE ACCEPTED TO BE APPOINTED AS KING OF CAMBODIA WHILE THE 
COUNTRY remains occupied by Vietnam against the 10 UN resolutions.
 
- In 2004 King Norodom Sihanouk has abdicated the throne again in favor of his 
son Norodom Sihamoni , while Vietnam continues to occupy Cambodia , and he has 
decided to live in China rather than in his country.



As of October 29,2008 Cambodia remains occupied by Vietnam against 10 UN 
resolutions,calling Vietnam to cease her occupation , not respected  from 
1979-2008. To All Khmer please reflect on this words made by a French 100 years

1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 
with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from

of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces 
from Cambodia.

address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, 
New York . September 26, 1988."Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for

Vietnamese invaders as administrators, appointed by King Norodom Sihanouk and 
King Norodom Sihamoni , at every level of the Cambodian dministration.

adopts a resolution A/RES/34/22 calling for the immediate withdrawal of all 
foreign troops from Cambodia. The vote is 91-21 with 29 abstentions. Nov. 5, 
1985 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/40/7, by vote of 114-21 
with 16 abstentions, calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign forces 
from Cambodia. Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution 
A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of 
Vietnamese forces from Cambodia. Oct. 14, 1987 The UN General Assembly adopted 
a resolution A/RES/42/3 calling for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign 
troops from Cambodia. Nov. 3, 1988 the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution 
A/RES/43/19 reiterating its call for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign 
troops from Cambodia.
