Premier Hun Sen Asks Japan Company to Speed Up Oil Exploration
 
Phnom Penh, October 30, 2008 AKP --
 
            Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen 
has voiced his support to the Japanese Government-funded MOECO Company in oil 
and gas exploration investment project in Cambodia and asked the company to 
speed up its activities.
 
            Premier Techo Hun Sen made the comment during a meeting with Mr. 
Yoshiyuki Kagawa, president of MOECO Company, at Takhmao town of Kandal 
province on Oct. 27, Ieng Sophalet, assistant to Premier Hun Sen, told the 
media upon the meeting.
 
            The MOECO Company will jointly explore oil and gas with its 
American partners Chevron and France’s Total. --AKP

,CALL VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER TROOPS FROM 
THE COUNTRY, ARE NOT RESPECTED AS OF TODAY. 
SUCH AS THESE : 
Nov. 14, 1979 The UN General Assembly adopts a resolution A/RES/34/22 calling 
for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia. The vote is 
91-21 with 29 abstentions. 
Nov. 5, 1985 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/40/7, by vote 
of 114-21 with 16 abstentions, calling for the immediate withdrawal of all 
foreign forces from Cambodia. 
Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote 
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces 
from Cambodia. 
Oct. 14, 1987 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/42/3 calling 
for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia. 
Nov. 3, 1988 the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/43/19 
reiterating its call for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from 
Cambodia. 
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence . 
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General 
Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988. 
"Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose 
freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and 
independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops 
...." 
As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops despite the 
call from the US president to Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia since 
1988. 
Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese invaders. NEVER 
GIVING UP HOPE, COMPATRIOTS.THE LAW IS IN OUR SIDE. VIETNAM OCCUPATION OF 
CAMBODIA AGAINST THE UN CHARTER CONSTITUTES A CRIME.IT SHOWS THAT ALL THE 
VITNAMESE LEADERS ARE CRIMINALS VIS A VIS THE UN CHARTER . Bury
