It can be good, but it possibly can't be seamlessly good, if Vietnam
sends troops to help Cambodia. It can be good because it may save
Cambodia from Thailand's agression. It possibly can't be seamlessly
good because, in return for its help, Vietnam possibly may ask for
some Cambodian land. However, at this stage of the Cambodia-Thailand
conflct, I don't believe that that news by that TV is true.

If the conflict becomes a full-fledged war & Thailand is getting
control of more & more Cambodian land, then the request for Vietnam's
help may be inevitable. In this scenario (full-scaled war), Vietnam's
help may not be seamlessly good, but it's the lesser of 2 evils:
giving some land to Vietnam for its help & losing all of Cambodia to
Thailand.

I said many times before, the Cambodians should try to build their
military to the point of it being equal to or exceeding that of
Thailand & Vietnam, instead of some Khmers making the international
community aware that the Khmers racially hate the Vietnamese, racial
hate which the international community doesn't condone.
