In Cambodia, corruption is not just part of a few people or group. Actually, the Cambodian people have taken it as a part of their society. It's in their own culture. Corruption is a normal act among Cambodians from the top echelon all the way to the bottom. They bribe in any ways they want. They don't care as long as they get their job done. They don't care whether it is destroying their own society or not. That's why Cambodia is where it is today.
