-THE UNITED NATIONS SAY THIS :Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted
a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a
withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.-The Chinese were unhappy and
they sent troops to Vietnam to tell them they were angry.-America under
President Reagan keeps asking Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia year
after years .
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia
Independence .President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United
Nations General Assembly in New York, New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr.
Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and
independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and independence

fghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...."
But Vietnam does not respect at all the UN Charter and all the Un resolutions
calling her to quit.
Today the Vietnamese invaders are celebrating these CRIMES in this manner.

Addressing the ceremony, Samdech Akka Moha Chakrei Heng Samrin
congratulated and appreciated the efforts putting forward by all levels of the
Front Committee who attentively fulfilled their duties toward building the
people's solidarity in societies to participate in building of our motherland
under the declaration statute of the 5th Congress, and the Fourth legislation
parliamentary election with grand scale victory for Cambodian People Party.
In this opportunity on behalf of all Front members, he expressed the
sincere appreciation to the army and police forces throughout the country who
have actively fulfilled their mission with great difficulties and invaluable
sacrifices defending our motherland and national security.
He said to achieve this, Solidarity Front for Development of Cambodia,
Motherland, Cambodian People Party, which emerged from the people and for the
people, will continue to put forward the utmost efforts to implement the
political program for national development and poverty alleviation of our
people.

THE CPP/HUN SEN/HENG SAMRIN/CHEA SIM WAS BORN ON DECEMBER 2,1978 UNDER THIS
NAME:Dec. 2, 1978 The establishment of Kampuchea United Front for National
Salvation (KUFNS) was announced by Hanoi. The KUFNS dedicated to overthrow Pol
Pot's regime.Dec. 4, 1978. Hanoi radio broadcasts a KUFNS statement assailing
the Khmer Rouge govt. as dictatorial, militarist, and fascist and echoing
genocide charges brought by Cambodian refugee.Dec. 11, 1978Vietnamese military
advance into southern Cambodia reportedly stops about 25 miles from the
strategic Mekong river port of Kratie.Dec. 25, 1978 Invasion of Cambodia. Some
100,000 Vietnamese with 20,000 KUFNS troops, under the direction of Gen. Van
Tien Dung, launch an invasion of Cambodia.
In 2004, former King Sihanouk resides in China , on the Chinese welfare .King
Sihamoni was appointed as King of Cambodia under Vietnamese occupation.Mr Siv
Sichan is here at the highest of his career in life ,with the US Government.
As a new King, King Sihamoni continues to appoint the Vietnamese invaders as
member of the "Cambodian" government such as these Vietnamese.

Sisowath is born. Khmer revolt. The uprising broke out in late 1830s, but a
larger one in 1840 broke out soon after the Vietnamese decided to install a
Vietnamese taxation system and to administer Cambodia's provinces directly,
instead of using local officials. Furthermore, the Vietnamese imprisoned the
Khmer queen whom they thought uncooperative. The disappearance of their queen,
however ineffectual she had been, enraged and terrified many Khmer provincial
