withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.-The Chinese were unhappy and
they sent troops to Vietnam to tell them they were angry.-America under
President Reagan keeps asking Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia year
after years .
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia
Independence .President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United
Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General,
there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and
independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and independence

fghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...."
But Vietnam does not respect at all the UN Charter and all the Un resolutions
calling her to quit.

Khmer Krom meet in Australia to raise the awareness of Khmer Krom sufferings
Khmer Krom monks protested the in Phnom Penh about the maltreatment of Khmer
Krom people by Vietnam and in turn was being chased and beaten by Cambodian
police on 17th Dec, 2007.

legal struggle to take back Kampuchea Krom.Chairman of the Khmer Krom Buddhist
Federation, Venerable Ly Pov, said from Australia that the meeting this
Saturday is to raise the awareness of the sufferings of Khmer Krom under the
yoke of the Vietnamese colonisation in order to coincide with the 60th
International Day of Human Rights.The Venerable Ly Pov said: “All the delegates
will come from all the countries. They will raise the awareness about the
communist Vietnamese oppression on the Khmer Krom people who have been
oppressed by Vietnam for a long, long time, many centuries ago. Khmer Krom, as
we all know, have suffered miserably. Nowadays, it is because we have the
Buddha, the Dharma, the monks and the Buddhist temples there that keep
Kampuchea Krom still existed until today. But these people are ruled by
communist Vietnam. So, Khmer Krom all over the world such as in the United
States, Canada, France, New Zealand and Australia have gather to show the
sufferings and the tragedy of Khmer Krom to the world, the UN, local and
foreign guests see how bad communist Vietnam treated the Khmer Krom
people.”According to history, Kampuchea Krom was officially ceded to Vietnam by
the French protectorate authority on 4th June, 1949.The Khmer Krom Federation,
an organisation that is waging a diplomatic and legal struggle to take back
Kampuchea Krom, hopes that the raising of awareness of Khmer Krom sufferings
through various international meetings will help convince the world community

NAME:Dec. 2, 1978 The establishment of Kampuchea United Front for National
Salvation (KUFNS) was announced by Hanoi. The KUFNS dedicated to overthrow Pol
Pot's regime.Dec. 4, 1978. Hanoi radio broadcasts a KUFNS statement assailing
the Khmer Rouge govt. as dictatorial, militarist, and fascist and echoing
genocide charges brought by Cambodian refugee.Dec. 11, 1978Vietnamese military
advance into southern Cambodia reportedly stops about 25 miles from the
strategic Mekong river port of Kratie.Dec. 25, 1978 Invasion of Cambodia. Some
100,000 Vietnamese with 20,000 KUFNS troops, under the direction of Gen. Van
Tien Dung, launch an invasion of Cambodia.
In 2004, former King Sihanouk resides in China , on the Chinese welfare .King
Sihamoni was appointed as King of Cambodia under Vietnamese occupation.Mr Siv
Sichan is here at the highest of his career in life ,with the US Government.
As a new King, King Sihamoni continues to appoint the Vietnamese invaders as
member of the "Cambodian" government such as these Vietnamese.

Sisowath is born. Khmer revolt. The uprising broke out in late 1830s, but a
larger one in 1840 broke out soon after the Vietnamese decided to install a
Vietnamese taxation system and to administer Cambodia's provinces directly,
instead of using local officials. Furthermore, the Vietnamese imprisoned the
Khmer queen whom they thought uncooperative. The disappearance of their queen,
however ineffectual she had been, enraged and terrified many Khmer provincial
