WHILE CAMBODIA IS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM ONLY ONE MAN WAS OUR KHMER HERO THAT IS
OUR ANCESTOR
NAMED KAI.
LET US ALSO REMEMBER OUR KHMER HERO KAI.
LOOK TO THIS KHMER REVOLT AGAINST THE VIETNAMESE 1820 .Khmer revolt. Resentment
with the Vietnamizing process, harsh rule and forced labor leads to a Khmer
revolt against the Vietnamese occupiers. The rebels, lead by a monk named Kai,
slaughter Vietnamese residents in eastern Cambodia before being subdued by
superior forces sent by the Vietnamese governor in the south. )
OUR KHMER HERO DID NOT DIE IN VAIN , HE HAS SHOWN US HOW NOT TO SURRENDER TO
THE ENMY AND LIVE UNDER SALVERY.
PROF KENG VANNSAK IS WELL KNOWN BUT NOT AN HERO..
FORMER KING NORODOM SIAHNOUK IS NOT AN HERO RATHER A TRAITOR AN EVIDENCE SHOWS
HOW HE DID IT :
READ THIS FROM CHINA.
A REMINDER TO THE VIETNAMESE LEADERS IN HANOI AND KING SIHANOUK /SIHAMONI , THE
VIETNAMESE PUPPETS KINGS .
China insisted that :
March 17-19, 1986 CGDK, at a conference in Beijing, on March 17 issued an
eight-point peace proposal calling for:
(1) CGDK and Vietnam negotiate two-phase withdrawal of Vietnamese troops from
Kampuchea;
(2) cease-fire during the withdrawal;
(3) withdrawal must be supervised by UN observers;
(4) CGDK and PRK to set up a coalition government with Prince Sihanouk as
President and Son Sann as prime minister, and full political rights being
extended to all Kampucheans;
(5) free elections under UN supervision;
(6) Kampuchea’s sovereignty and neutrality to be guaranteed by UN for two-three
years. Government to be neutral, non-aligned, with no foreign troops present;
(7) reconstruction aid to be accepted from all nations;
(8) Kampuchea and Vietnam to sign non-aggression, peaceful coexistence treaty.
On March 19, Vietnam rejected the proposal calling it "unjust" and "hostile".
NORODOM SIHANOUK FAILED TO FOLLOW THAT TRAIL. AND HE TOOK THE INITIATIVE BY
REJECTING ALL THE CHINESE SUGGESTIONS AND ENTERED THE DIRECT NEGOATIATION WITH
HUN SEN IN PARIS WITHOUT DISCUSSING WITH ANY KHMER.
AS OF THIS EVIL CONSEQUENCES, CAMBODIA REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM AS OF TODAY.
REMINDER TO VIETNAM THE UN MEMBER COUNTRY THAT CONTINUES TO OCCUPY CAMBODIA
from 1979-2008 through the CPP of Chea Sim , a General Van Tien Dung 's troops
of occupation in disguise against the 10 Un resolutions.
Chinese Invasion of VietnamFebruary 1979.China's relations with Vietnam began
to deteriorate seriously in the mid-1970s.1. After Vietnam joined the
Soviet-dominated Council for Mutual Economic Cooperation (Comecon) and signed
the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation with the Soviet Union in 1978, China
branded Vietnam the "Cuba of the East" and called the treaty a military
alliance. Incidents along the Sino-Vietnamese border increased in frequency and
violence. 2. In December 1978 Vietnam invaded Cambodia, quickly ousted the
pro-Beijing Pol Pot regime, and overran the country. China's twenty-nine-day
incursion into Vietnam in February 1979 was a response to what China considered
to be a collection of provocative actions and policies on Hanoi's part. 3.
These included Vietnamese intimacy with the Soviet Union, mistreatment of
ethnic Chinese living in Vietnam, hegemonistic "imperial dreams" in Southeast
Asia, and spurning of Beijing's attempt to repatriate Chinese residents of
Vietnam to China. In February 1979 China attacked along virtually the entire
Sino-Vietnamese border in a brief, limited campaign that involved ground forces
only. On March 5, the Chinese, saying Vietnam had been sufficiently chastised,
announced that the campaign was over. Beijing declared its "lesson" finished
and the PLA withdrawal was completed on March 16.At the United Nations:CAMBODIA
REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM :THE UNITED NATIONS SAY THIS :Oct. 21, 1986 The UN
General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13
abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General,
there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we
seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan.
We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...."
WHY Prof. Keng Vannsak - Norodom Sihanouk - Sihamoni did not SAY A WORD ABOUT
THE VIETNAMESE OCCUPATION ?
LET US MEDITATE THIS SAYINGS FROM THE KHMER GREAT KING JAYAVARMAN VII."
"The good work that I have accomplished, you should protect ,for they are yours
also.
Having drunk the nectar of knowledge ,
the King gave it to others to drink."
