Le Vietnam occupait le Cambodge pendant 10 ans et utilisait des khmers Hanoi comme des hommes de paille à l'image de Norodom Sihanouk. Durant cette occupation, l'oncle Ho ching Migh plaçait des colons vietnamiens au Cambodge partout de plus de million de personnes. L'oncle Ho a drainé toute la richesse du Cambodge au Vietnam. L'oncle Ho avec son valet khmer Hanoi a exterminé plusieurs khmers rouges et peuple du Cambodge.
