VIETNAMESE INVADERS.
AND WE SEE HERE THE EVIDENCE OF THE VIETNAMESE ADMINISTRATORS RUNNING CAMBODIA
IN THIS WAY :
BUT THE KHMER MONARCH KEEPS APPOINTING, ONLY, THE VIETNAMESE INVADERS, AS
ADMINISTRATORS, TO RUN THE COUNTRY WITH HIM IN VIOLATION OF THE UN CHARTER.
THE KHMER MONARCHY IS MOVING TO DESTROY ITS OWN INSTITUTION.Deputy Prime
