PM HUN SEN VISITS TO KUWAIT .

    Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E Hor Namhong, Minister of Foreign 
Affairs and International Cooperation holds a press conference at Phnom Penh 
International Airport  this morning on the result of the four-day official 
visit of Cambodia's high-ranking delegation let by Cambodian Prime Minister 
Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen to Kuwait.
    In the press conference, H.E Hor Namhong said it was the first step of 
Cambodia to reach to the diplomatic, economic and trade ties with the 
Middle-East countries, adding that during the visit there, two agreements for 
cooperation in tourism and aviation services between both countries, and two 
MoU for the exchange of labor, and the construction of an irrigation system and 
hydropower project at Stung Sen, Kampong Thom province with the total cost of 
some US$ 350 millions, were signed by the leaders of the two countries. He 
further said that Premier Techo Hun Sen has also asked Kuwait to provide more 
financial assistance through either Rural Development Bank of Cambodia or 
private sectors to loan Cambodian farmers as well as pushing Kuwaiti investors 
to invest in Cambodia's agricultural field.

As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops despite the 
call from the US president to Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia since 
1988.  Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese 
invaders.Vietnam must cease her occupation of Cambodia at once. Bury

Vietnam condemns Israel�s attacks on Gaza at UNSC
 

Vietnam requests that Israel cease all military acts and withdraw from the Gaza 
Strip, Representative of Vietnam to the UN Security Council, Ambassador Le 
Luong Minh said in New York on Saturday. WHILE CAMBODIA REMAINS OCCUPIED BY 
VIETNAM IN VIOLATION OF THE UN CHARTER AND 10 UN RESOLUTIONS 1979-2009?
 UN Passes Strong Resolution on Cambodia Human Rights Abuses Feb. 27, 1982 : UN 
Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva adopted a resolution condemning 
Vietnam’s occupation of Cambodia as a violation of Cambodian human rights. The 
vote was 28 in favor, 8 against, and 5 abstentions.Do we believe the Vietnamese 
communist leaders while Cambodia remains occupied by Vietnam?In Cambodia ? 10 
UN RESOLUTIONS,(1979-1988) VOTED BY 116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES ,CALL VIETNAM TO 
CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER TROOPS FROM THE COUNTRY, ARE 
NOT RESPECTED AS OF TODAY.  Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a 
resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a 
withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.  President Reagan's address to 
the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, New 
York,September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for 
Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we 
sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal 
of all Vietnamese troops ...."  As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the 
Vietnamese troops despite the call from the US president to Vietnam to cease 
her occupation of Cambodia since 1988.  Cambodia needs Independence from 
Vietnam and the Vietnamese invaders.Vietnam must cease her occupation of 
Cambodia at once. Bury   



At the UNSC�s urgent meeting on tensions in the Middle East after Israel sent 
troops into Gaza, the Vietnamese diplomat condemned all Israeli military acts 
against civilians and expressed deep concern about conflicts escalating in the 
region following the ground invasion. 
He also asked all parties concerned to facilitate emergency humanitarian relief 
for the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, affirming Vietnam�s support for the 
international community�s efforts to resume the truce agreement between Israel 
and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) which controls the Strip.
Regarding Israel�s ground incursion into the Gaza Strip at dawn Sunday, 
Vietnamese Foreign Ministry spokesman Le Dung also requested that Israel stop 
the excessive use of force and immediately withdraw its troops.
�Vietnam condemns all military attacks that cause losses to civilians,� Dung 
said.
