Les Nations Unies qui ont pour rôle de protéger et de restaurer la paix dans le monde ont également condamné l’occupation des forces vietnamiennes au Cambodge par la grande majorité des voix de ses pays membres. Les Nations Unies ont compris la cupidité ultime et la ruse de la planification du Viêtnam pour fusionner le Cambodge dans la Fédération Indochinoise (Khmer, Lao, Viet) sous la tutelle du Vietnam qui est la véritable cause de l'instabilité et de l'insécurité de la région (Une grande majorité de la Communauté Internationale soutenaient l'initiative de l'ONU). Les événements qui ont eu lieu jusqu'à présent démontrent et confirment la volonté réelle du Vietnam avec la collaboration du Parti Populaire Cambodgien (PPC), à savoir : Le Parti du Peuple Cambodgien (PPC) a été installé par l'armée vietnamienne envahissante au Cambodge en 1979 et il a déclaré solennellement, pour manipuler l’opinion du peuple khmer, que son régime est tributaire, neutre, démocratique, libre et économiquement développé. En revanche, si on regarde les résultats accomplis par la gouvernance du PPC jusqu'à maintenant, le peuple khmer peut juger honnêtement et avec justice que le régime du 7 janvier 1979 mis en place par le Vietnam amène au peuple khmer et à la Nation Khmère les problèmes suivants : § la pauvreté sociale (la pauvreté a touché le planché), § le niveau de vie des fonctionnaires atteint le seuil de pauvreté, § la crise économique, § la corruption généralisée, § la destruction des ressources nationales de toute sorte, § la perte de l’intégrité territoriale, § le flot incessant des immigrants vietnamiens au Cambodge, § les accords des coopérations illégaux et inégaux tout azimut avec Hanoï etc..
