Feb. 3, 1930 Indochinese Communist Party (ICP) is founded. May 12, 1930Buddhist Institute is established in Phnom Penh. By Dec. 1, 1950 AP reports that Ho Chi Ming has announced his intention of driving the French not only from Vietnam but also Cambodia and Laos. And on Sept. 30, 1951 The Kampuchean People's Revolutionary Party (KPRP) is founded under Vietnamese Communist auspices after dissolution of Indochinese Communist Party (ICP), which split itself into national parties - Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. THE HO CHI MINH forces or Vietnaminh, began to destroy the French administrator in this manner. Oct. 29, 1951The French commissioner in Cambodia, Jean de Raymond, is assassinated by a Vietminh. At the United Nations on Sept. 19, 1952 Russia ( Communist State )vetoes the UN membership applications of Cambodia. Russia sponsored the Ho Chi Minh forces in Indochina. By Sept. 11, 1953PM Penn Nouth makes an appeal for 10,000 Viet Minh guerrillas to leave Cambodia in return for Cambodia's neutrality. Well with the American government support, on Nov. 9, 1953 The independence ceremonies are held, marking the end of colonial presence in Cambodia. But King Sihanouk was incapable to keep it for long, by Dec. 2, 1978 Hanoi had created the Kampuchea United Front for National Salvation (KUFNS). It was announced by Hanoi. The KUFNS dedicated to overthrow Pol Pot's regime. Dec. 4, 1978 Hanoi radio broadcasts a KUFNS statement assailing the Khmer Rouge govt. as dictatorial, militarist, and fascist and echoing genocide charges brought by Cambodian refugee. HANOI LAUNCHED ON Dec. 25, 1978 Invasion of Cambodia. Some 100,000 Vietnamese with 20,000 KUFNS troops, under the direction of Gen. Van Tien Dung, launch an invasion of Cambodia. IT WAS CONDEMNED AT THE UNITED NATIONS. 10 UN RESOLUTIONS CALLING VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA ARE NOT RESPECTED FROM 1979-2009. 116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia. UN Passes Strong Resolution on Cambodia Human Rights Abuses Feb. 27, 1982 : UN Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva adopted a resolution condemning Vietnam’s occupation of Cambodia as a violation of Cambodian human rights. The vote was 28 in favor, 8 against, and 5 abstentions. Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia. IT'S A CRIME FOR VIETNAM TO BEHAVE LIKE SAUVAGES . As of today Cambodia remains occupied by Vietnam. An unsual situation where a UN member like Cambodia allows another UN member country like Vietnam to continue to occupy it from 1979-2009 despite the 10 UN resolutions? Why ? Because of King Sihanouk and Queen Monique collaboration with the KHMER ENEMIES , THE VIETNAMESE INVADERS , by accepting to feed the 200 000 Vietnamese troops still on the soil of Cambodia , under the CPP/Hun Sen/Chea Sim/Heng Samrin regime in violation of the UN Charter. It's so sad to see the Khmer Kings and Queen becoming traitors to the Cambodian people in this manner. TO ALL KHMER, LES US PRAY AND ASK GOD AND THE KHMER ANCESTORS SPIRITS FROM THE ANGKOR PERIOD TO BLESS US AND DELIVER US FROM THE EVIL AND THE VIETNAMESE INVADERS , THE KHMER ENEMY. SATHOU ! SATHOU !
