Vouchleng's appointment to the Council of Ministers comes 17 months after 
allegations of corruption resulted in her dismissal.
 

We are informed recently that there are about 30 Vietnamese in vaders added  in 
the new Hun Sen government acting as "cambodian " Ministers, State secetaries , 
 like THIS ONE.

warplanes, and 250-300 tanks launched an invasion of Vietnam to punish it for 
invading of Cambodia.
 
Nov. 14, 1979 The UN General Assembly adopts a resolution A/RES/34/22 calling 
for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia. The vote is 
91-21 with 29 abstentions.
 
IT WAS CONDEMNED AT THE UNITED NATIONS. 
10 UN RESOLUTIONS CALLING VIETNAM TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA ARE NOT 
RESPECTED FROM 1979-2009.
 
116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES  calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from 
Cambodia.
