En impossibilité de se déplacer pour la réunion de demain, j’aimerais juste
laisser ici quelques questions et réflexions à tous et à toutes à méditer. Pour
nous tous, qui sont des personnes morales et qui ont certain niveau de culture,
connaissant tous l’histoire et le système gouvernemental et juridique du
gouvernement de Phnom Penh, comment peut-t-on donner de l’importance ou comment
peut-on participer à un système juridique aussi pourri et autocratique surtout
pour un crime aussi lourd ? Etant eux-mêmes ex Khmer rouge et toujours
dépendants des voisins étrangers qui les plaçaient et maintiennent au pouvoir,
le gouvernement de Phnom Penh n’a aucun légitimité pour organiser ce genre de
tribunal. Le système juridique de Phnom Penh n’a ni légitimité ni crédibilité
ou capacité d’organiser ou juger ce genre de crime.
Sans vouloir vexer personne mais parler en tout franchi, comment peut-on
prétend être les défenseurs de valeurs, des victimes et des droits en
commettons nous-mêmes les crimes que ces criminels en donnant à ces criminels
la légitimité de le faire et la possibilité pour ces criminels de se blanchir
de leurs crimes en tout tranquillité ? Comment peut-on prétend chercher la
justice, la paix, la réconciliation pour les victimes en pratiquant et semant
des mensonges, des injustices et des conflits aussi flagrants ? Comment
peut-on prétend chercher la justice pour les victimes en effaçant leur
existence bafouant leur histoire ? On veut bien parler des Khmer rouges ou de
génocide au Cambodge mais on pique le morceau qui nous arrange ou qui arrange
notre intérêt personnel ou idéologique considérant les victimes comme cadavres
à festin. De toute façon ils ne sont plus là pour se défendre ou dire le
contraire et ça nous arrange. Dans ce cas, qu’est ce qu’on est de différence de
ces criminels qui massacraient et continuent de massacrer ce peuple laisser
pour compte, ou comme on dire, des cadavres à festin.
Je ne peux rien faire contre ce courant fléau mais je refuse de participer à ce
massacre et à ce crime aussi outrageux et inhumain.
