Dear Khoar Chev, For to be able to write & to read khmer unicode, you should already install : - khmer unicode fonts.( see on http://www.khmeros.info/drupal ) - the program usp10.dll - for the keyboard : you should choice language keyboard by click on start, parametre(I don't know how said in english parametre in french) and then panneau de configuration and then Internet option. After that you should choice language by clicking on Catalan (in short CA. There is not Cambodian). For you there is only 2 languages: EN (english) and CA (Cambodia) which is to locate in the low and the right of screen. And now, when you write en english, you click on EN and for to write in khmer you click on CA.
For to write khmer you can have khmer keyboard layout in pdf.
