March 18, 1970 Both houses of the Cambodian legislature met in special session, at the govt. request, and voted unanimously to withdraw its confidence from Prince Sihanouk as Chief of State. In the debate, legislators accused Prince Sihanouk, among other thing, of having authorized North Vietnamese and Viet Cong troops to illegally occupy and establish sanctuaries on Cambodia territory, which violate the neutrally as provided by the Geneva Accords of 1954. PRINCE SIHANOUK ( FORMER DIEU -ROI )WAS DEPOSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON 18 MARCH 1970. THE PRINCE WAS SANGUINE AGAINST ALL KHMER LEADERS AND ACCUSED THEM WITH THE FORMULA MADE BY THE CHINESE LEADER (CHOU ENLAI ) WITH A SLOGAN "THE LON NOL'S COUP." IT'S WAS NOT A LON NOL COUP AT ALL , IT WAS CHOU ENLAI WHO WAS ANGRY AT LON NOL WHO HAD ACCEPTED THE CHINESE MONY ALSO IN ORDER TO TRANSPORT WEAPONS,FOOD, MEDECINE TO THE NVN/VC TROOPS FROM THE SIHANOUK PORT TO THE BORDERS. ( CHOU ENLAI SAID HE WANTED TO PUNISH LON NOL ON THIS ISSUE...) BUT THE PRINCE FORGOT ALSO ,THAT THE SAME NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, HAD VOTED TO ELECT HIM AS "CHEF DE L'ETAT " ,A JOB ,TAILORED BY HIM, AGAINST THE KHMER TRADITION AND THE 1948 CAMBODIAN CONSTITUTION .(REF ARTICLE 122 OF THE CONSTITUTION , DANS "LE CAMBODGE DU SOURIRE A L'HORREUR" ,BY JEAN MORICE ,PAGE 133-139. CHOU ENLAI-PHAM VAN DONG HAD CREATED THE FORMULA " THE LON NOL COUP , IN ORDER TO DUPE PRINCE SIHANOUK TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE ANTI AMERICAN STAND AND THE NORTH VIETNAMESE FORCES, FUNDED BY THE CHINESE TO WAR WITH THE AMERICAN TROOPS IN SOUTH VIETNAM. WHILE BEHIND THE BACK OF THE NORTH VIETNAMESE AND SIHANOUK, CHOU ENLAI HAD SECRETLY ENTERED IN NEGOCAITION WITH DR KISSINGER FROM WARSAW ,POLAND AND LATER .....IN 2009 THE CHINESE -US RELATIONS CONTINUE FOR 30 YEARS. WHILE CAMBODIA OF PRINCE SIHANOUK REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM AGAINST 10 UN RESOLUTIONS. WAS LON NOL THE CULPRIT OR CHOU ENLAI-PHAM VAN DONG -SIHANOUK FUNK 'S TROOPS THAT HAD DESTROYED CAMBODIA AND 600 000 INNOCENT CAMBODIAN ( 1970-1975) BUT HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF TODAY IN 2009: KING SIHANOUK-QUEEN MONIQUE-KING SIHAMONI ARE COLLABORATING WITH THE VIETNAMESE INVADERS OF CAMBODIA AGAINST THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS , IN ORDER TO RUN CAMBODIA IN VIOLATION OF THE UN CHARTER.
