TO ALL KHMER

PLEASE REMEMBER THREE THINGS :

1. WHAT IS THE KHMER KSHATRYA TRADITION AND DUTIES OF A KHMER KING?

March 2, 1955 King Sihanouk abdicates in favor of his father, Prince Norodom
Suramarit, in order to freely participate in the political arena.

WHAT DID FORMER KING SIAHNOUK HAD PROMISED?

"NEVER TO BE KING AGAIN "

2. Former King Sihanouk was elected by the National Assembly as Cambodia's
Chief of State. June 14, 1960 Prince Sihanouk is sworn in as Cambodia's Chief
of State after the 1947 constitution is revised by the National Assembly a day
earlier.

3. March 18, 1970,
Both houses of the Cambodian legislature met in special session, at the govt.
request, and voted unanimously to withdraw its confidence from Prince Sihanouk
as Chief of State. In the debate, legislators accused Prince Sihanouk, among
other thing, of having authorized North Vietnamese and Viet Cong troops to
illegally occupy and establish sanctuaries on Cambodia territory, which violate
the neutrally as provided by the Geneva Accords of 1954.

CONCLUSION.

In June 1960 former King Sihanouk was elected as Chief of State.

On March 18,1970 , the National Assembly had terminated his role as Chief of
State.

THE ISSUE OF THE PRESENCE OF THE VIETNAMESE ON THE SOIL OF CAMBODIA REMAINS THE
SAME IN 1970, AS WELL IN 1979-2009

HERE ARE THE FACTS:

VIETNAM INVASION & OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA IS CONDEMNED:
Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.

Again Vietnam, has not respected the 10 UN resolutions calling Vietnam to cease
her occupation of Cambodia and remove all her troops from the country.

US president Reagan calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988.
"Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose
freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and
independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops
...."
