18 Mars 1970 - Communiqué du Gouvernement Royal :
« Suite à la crise politique provoquée par le Prince Norodom Sihanouk, durant
ces derniers jours, l’Assemblée Nationale et le Conseil du Royaume, réunis en
congrès conformément à la Constitution du Royaume ont retiré à l’unanimité des
voix leur confiance au Prince Norodom Sihanouk.
A partir de ce jour, 18 Mars 1970 à 13h00, le Prince Norodom Sihanouk cesse
d’être Chef de l’Etat du Cambodge. Son Excellence Cheng Heng, Président de
l’Assemblée Nationale, assumera les fonctions de Chef de l’Etat jusqu’à
l’élection d’un nouveau Chef de l’Etat également suivant le texte de la
Constitution du Pays ».

Zhou Enlai: .....
"We should support Sihanouk for the time being and see how he will act. We
should support him because he supports the anti-American struggle in Vietnam,
because the Indochinese countries opposed the Japanese [and] French in the past
and because we have been supporting him after the [1955] Bandung Conference [of
nonaligned nations].
We will also see whether he really wants to establish a united front to oppose
the US before we support him.
The fighting capability of the Sihanouk faction cannot match yours. So if
Sihanouk agrees to establish a united front, Cambodian forces can be stronger.
Yet, Sihanouk is tilting to the Soviet Union and China, thus reducing French
influence.
China will support North Vietnam. In that way, the war will broaden. War has
broken out in Laos. A similar situation can occur in Cambodia. Thus the
situation in Indochina will return to the one before the Geneva Conference of
1954. I am sure that you still remember what comrade Mao told President Ho:
"Indochina is united as a bloc. This situation was created by the French." If
the situation develops that way—which is what the US actions will lead
to—Indochina will become a united battlefield.
Zhou Enlai: In the talk with him, you raised the possibility of cooperation
between the Khmer People's Party Khmer Rouge and Sihanouk's forces. You also
mentioned the principle of no interference into the domestic affairs of
Cambodia. We have the feeling that Sihanouk wants us to help on that.
Therefore, we would like very much to hear from our Khmer comrades before we
advise Sihanouk."
Pham Van Dong: It will not be difficult if we agree on the guiding principles.
In this situation, we can ask both sides to cooperate. Sihanouk is now waiting
for your reply to his requests, isn't he?
Zhou Enlai: Yes. Because I told him that I will answer them after my meeting
with you.
Pham Van Dong: Before I came here, we discussed this. We held that negotiations
would not bring about any results, because they would eventually fight against
us. But we are not to be defeated. So what is the use of negotiations?
However, at present when we are still talking with you and with Sihanouk to see
how the situation will develop, we ask our comrades to wait, explore their
attitude, and play for time. As for Sihanouk, our attitude is affirmative and
our position on other issues will be based on that."

National United Front of Kampuchea or FUNK with his former enemies, the Khmer
Rouge, to struggle against the Lon Nol govt.

Prince Sihanouk: With China's support, I will persist in the struggle. No
matter how long the struggle will last and how many difficulties it will
endure, I will never yield."
In Hanoi, Vietnam voices its support of Prince Sihanouk and Cambodians in "a
just struggle" against Lon Nol govt.
March 23, 1970 Prince Sihanouk, in Beijing, announces the formation of a
National United Front of Kampuchea or FUNK with his former enemies, the Khmer
Rouge, to struggle against the Lon Nol govt.
CONSEQUENCES :
US president Reagan calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988.
"Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose
freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and
independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops
...."

March 18, 1970 Both houses of the Cambodian legislature met in special session,
at the govt. request, and voted unanimously to withdraw its confidence from
Prince Sihanouk as Chief of State.
In the debate, legislators accused Prince Sihanouk, among other thing, of
having authorized North Vietnamese and Viet Cong troops to illegally occupy and
establish sanctuaries on Cambodia territory, which violate the neutrally as
provided by the Geneva Accords of 1954.
PRINCE SIHANOUK ( FORMER DIEU -ROI )WAS DEPOSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON 18
MARCH 1970. THE PRINCE WAS SANGUINE AGAINST ALL KHMER LEADERS AND ACCUSED THEM
WITH THE FORMULA MADE BY THE CHINESE LEADER (CHOU ENLAI ) WITH A SLOGAN "THE
LON NOL'S COUP."
IT'S WAS NOT A LON NOL COUP AT ALL , IT WAS CHOU ENLAI WHO WAS ANGRY AT
LON NOL WHO HAD ACCEPTED THE CHINESE MONY ALSO IN ORDER TO TRANSPORT
WEAPONS,FOOD, MEDECINE TO THE NVN/VC TROOPS FROM THE SIHANOUK PORT TO THE

Vietnam, has not respected the UN CHARTER, the Paris Peace agreement with the
US .
A.. VIETNAM INVASION AND OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA 1978-2009.
December 25, 1978 Invasion of Cambodia. Some 100,000 Vietnamese with 20,000
KUFNS troops, under the direction of Gen. Van Tien Dung, launch an invasion of
Cambodia.
B.. CHINESE INVASION OF VIETNAM (SHORT)
Feb.. 17, 1979 "Teaching a lesson". Some 170,000 Chinese troops with 700
warplanes, and 250-300 tanks launched an invasion of Vietnam to punish it for
invading of Cambodia.
THE WORDS OF THE VIETNAMESE ARE PURE LIES : Study these words made by by PHAM
VAN DONG, the Prime Minister of North Vietnam, his public statement, his
promises made to Prince Sihanouk and his orders to launch an invasion of
Cambodia. It reflects the Vietnamese culture of lies. It reflects also the
Vietnamese race and national character based on dishonesty ,deception , and
pure lies. .
VIETNAM WORDS OF LIES :
June 8, 1967 North VN PM Pham Van Dong makes a declaration of recognizing
Cambodian independence, neutrality, sovereignty and territorial integrity. The
declaration makes in response to Prince Sihanouk’s appeal for the recognition
and respect of Cambodia’s territorial integrity.
VIETNAM CRIMES AGAINST CAMBODIA : VIETNAM INVASION OF CAMBODIA 1978. Dec. 25,
1978 PM Pham Van Dong launched an invasion of Cambodia. Some 100,000 Vietnamese
with 20,000 KUFNS troops, under the direction of Gen.Van Tien Dung, launch an
invasion of Cambodia.
VIETNAM OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA :
Under Vietnam occupation of Cambodia in 10 years 1979-1989 :
Under Le Duc Tho rule alone 1979-1989 an estimate 460 000 innocent Cambodian
had died through TORTURE, BURIED ALIVE, SIMPLE EXECUTION, foced labor,famine
,stravation, malnutrition and sponsor starvation by the CPP regime recorded by
Amnestry international and others.
IT CONFIRMS BY THIS BOOK : on the behavior and character of a Vietnamese.

It describes a Vietnamese as THIEF, A LIAR, A KILLER, A DECEIVER , a sleeper

And this proof shows how 116 UN member countries condemned the Vietnamese

VIETNAM INVASION & OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA IS CONDEMNED:
Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote
of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.
Again Vietnam, has not respected the 10 UN resolutions calling Vietnam to cease
her occupation of Cambodia and remove all her troops from the country.
America too, she sees the Vietnamese leaders as liars expressed in this
statement made by the US President Reagan.
