Interpol's help sought for Thaksin's arrest

The Foreign Ministry has requested that the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) apprehend fugitive former PM Thaksin Shinawatra, who is suspected of being behind the recent riots by red-shirted protesters.
An informed source said a formal request was submitted last week to Interpol headquarters in Lyon, France, because Thaksin was a "wanted person" in Thailand.
Thailand is a member of Interpol and can use the organisation's fugitive-investigation services. Interpol can help the Thai government track down Thaksin's whereabouts. He often travels by private jet, making it difficult to know where he will go next.
Thailand has also requested the United Arab Emirates inform Thailand if Thaksin returns there.
"We have full cooperation from the UAE," said the source.
He also said Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen had told Thai authorities that Cambodia honoured its relations with the Abhisit Vejjajiva government and would not allow its territory to be used by Thaksin. Thai media have often reported that Cambodia has been used as a transit point for the ex-premier.
"Thaksin is considered a fugitive, one who poses a serious threat to public safety in Thailand. We have a good case," said the source.
Interpol will help Thailand circulate Thaksin's identification details and judicial information about him internationally.
The sources said Thaksin had been given an Interpol "red notice", which is recognised in a number of countries and serves as the legal basis for provisional arrest. A red notice is intended to help police identify or locate Thaksin, with a view to his arrest and extradition.

To Interpol polices, International Criminal Court, CIA, FBI, Scotland Yard, MI6, ASIO, KGB etc...
I am not an expert on international terrorist, beside growing rice inside Cambodia.
According to Thailand Democratic Party leader Mr. Theptai Senapong believe that Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra is living near Mr. Hun Sen the CAMBODIAN Prime Minister house in CAMBODIA. Following that rumour, the Thai Army Commander General Anupong is also interest to verify whether the rumour is true.
However may I suggest to all of you the Interpol and the intelligent network to monitor Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra activities through satellite when he SMS messages and televisions link up to his UDD people inside Thailand from near or inside the Cambodia's Prime Minister Mr. Hun Sen mansion, located at village TUOL KRASAING, district TA KHMAO, province KANDAL, Royal Kingdom of CAMBODIA.
Also check him out in the South Western province of CAMBODIA at the biggest Thai build Hotel in KOH KONG province inside Cambodia territory, this province is opposite to TRAT district in Thailand territory.
If all of you find Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra hiding near or inside Mr. Hun Sen mansion or anywhere inside Cambodian territory, please do not forget arrest Mr. Hun Sen too, because the Prime Minister of Cambodia is harboring international terrorist Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra number one legal case.
Number two legal case for arresting Mr. Hun Sen too, is in Yale university research's documents found out that during Khmer Rouge Regime Mr. Hun Sen the Pol Pot army group had thrown a grenade and slit 156 critical ill patients in Kampon Cham provincial hospitals. Please arrest Mr. Hun Sen and bring him to Hague International Criminal Court. I thank all of you in advance.
