The agreement was signed by Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Bich Dat and Luxembourg��s Ambassador Marc Ungeheuer in Hanoi Thursday. The project, to be carried out between 2009 and 2013 in Con Cuong, Tuong Duong and Ky Son districts, will help build capacity to manage agro-forestry and increase residents�� involvement in socioeconomic development. The project comes under the framework of a cooperation program between Vietnam and Luxembourg under which the latter has committed to assist in poverty reduction and sustainable development in Vietnam��s Nghe An, Thua Thien-Hue, Cao Bang and Bac Can provinces.
