Can anyone let me know of any software, preferably free, that is available for Cambodian children to learn basic English. Whilst a computer with an internet connection may be needed for the initial download the software needs to be able to be used on a PC without an internet connection. Ideally it needs to use pictures and audio. Bearing in mind that the software would be used by children at home with only minimal access to English speakers in the home, it needs to be easy to use by children with limited computer experience.
