THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION UNDER KOL PHENG ANS CHEY CHAP (VIETNAMESE ) HAD SENT 105 VIETNAMESE STUDENTS FROM CAMBODIA UNDER THE FAKE LABEL OF "CAMBODIAN STUDENTS" UNDER THE FULBRIGHT PROGRAM ROBBING ALL CAMBODIAN CHANCES FROM THIS OPPORTUNITY. IT SHOWS SIGNS OF CORRUPTION WITH THE US EMBASSY IN PHNOM PENH AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION UNDER KOL PHENG AND CHEY CHAP IN THIS FRAUD .
