This paragraph brings out a major controversy that we have been
discussing here in length.
It seems that many Cambodians still cannot take the fact that they, I
mean THEY, do it themselves in their own country upon their own
people. THIS IS A FACT that no one can dispute. However, many people
think that by doing it for or by other nations like Vietnamese
etc..... would excuse Cambodians from what they have done. This is
very wrong. It seems that these have labeled Cambodians as stupid dum
etc.........
Cambodians are far more stupid or dum as you are trying to portrait
them. They are animals knowing nothing. They demonize their own race
in their own country. Nothing good can come out of this one. Using
excuses to forgive themselves would not work. Take the responsibility
and face the fact that Cambodian society is rotten, not as flowering
as some might think.

How can you call Cambodia as a strong nation. Look at the history of
Cambodia. It shows clearly how the Cambodian monarchy lead Cambodia.
It shows other forms of Cambodian governments do to their own people
and nation. Today, we still see it before our eyes. Corruption and
IMPUNITY are still strong and alive. Fighting among Cambodians for
their own rightiousness still continues. Sam Rainsy is a prime
example.
Cambodians are not lookingfor what kind of fruits they were going to
pick. They are looking for ways to destroy other Cambodians for their
own gain. This practice exists in the Cambodian society for centuries
already.

Who would be the RIGHT leader according to your view?
Cambodians have come along way. Today it is better. It may not be the
way we want it. Yet, it has been some improvement. As I have injected
into many discussion, many Cambodians may not like CPP and their
leadership. One fact remains the same. CPP and their leadership have
lead Cambodia for decades to where it is today. This is an
undisputable experience that many other parties didn't have. Some of
you think that Sam Rainsy may be a better leader if he has a chance.
That may be true. However, the fact is that he did not have that
chance. Also another fact is that CPP and its leadership have lead
Cambodia for decades to where it is today. It is wrong to say that Sam
Rainsy and somer other parties leaders are better than CPP. CPP and
its leadership have shown what they have, good or bad. Others have
not.

This is where we are different completely. Corruption is not an
individual activities hidden within the society. It is a way of doing
things in the Cambodian society. They Cambodian people take it as a
part of their daily life. Corruption occurs from the bottom level of
governement all the way to the top. They bribe those officials to get
things done for themselves. Government officials are praised by the
society for doing good jobs to make themselves rich. This is another
part of the Cambodian culture, IMPUNITY. The society accept corruption
as a part of their lives. Then they praise those who could make it
happens. Corruption and Impunity in Cambodia are alive and well by the
Cambodian society itself, not from individuals.

Now you are narrowing down a little further away from what you have
said earlier.
Individual Cambodians care very little about make lives harder for
others when they come to enhancing their own lives. We can say that
individual Cambodians only care about themselves, not the society as
thewhole. That's why they stay with corruption and impunity.
