Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia. The three other passengers of the aircraft were the deputy commander of the land army forces, Sok Sa Em, and the 2 pilots. All of them died. Until now, the authorities (the Courts and the police) have not issued any outcome of the criminal investigation. Yet, Hok Lundy was the chief of the police. The government in power in Phnom Penh would apparently like to hush up the investigation held on this case. After eyewitnesses, only Hok Lundy’s corpse, among 4, was torn to tiny pieces by the outburst. Before his funerals, doctors spent a long time sewing pieces scattered back on his corpse. The explosion of a bomb, put under Hok Lundy’s seat, caused the helicopter accident and the loss of a large part of the corpse.
