Now it is the reality. It is hitting home. Sam Rainsy camp has been foul mouthing CPP about their dictatorship etc.... What Sam Rainsy doesn't understand is that his camp IS NOT DIFFERENT from the CPP. Everyone acts to hate one another. Now, let's go back to the problem. There are two stories. 1- She accuse THE PRIME MINISTER of defaming her as a representative. 2- Hun Sen accuse her of defaming him as the prime minister. Now, read the scenerio carefully and tell us how you understand it. The number 1 is just the circumstantial evidence. It may be true. However, the lady must prove it that he intended it as the way she accusing him. She has not done it so far. Don't forget. It doesn't mean that it is not true. However, she must prove it in the court of law. You can say that Hun Sen is using the court to silent people etc...... The lady can't even prove that. The number two scenerio is real. The lady has already accused the prime minister of defaming her. This can be proved easily because the press conference and the lawsuit themselves prove it. So, it's very easy to see how she just lost her job. She'd better praise that she will not go to jail.
