THE PROBLEM IS THE WORD SOVEREIGNTY. What does that mean to bother parties. Does it have the same meanings? The word border also may have two different meanings between the two parties. Obviously, it does have two different meanings. In conclusion, the two countries CANNOT respect both sovereignty since the meanings of words are different.
