SRP 50 + 1 policy is your own party political suicidal. b) I feel that Hun Sen allowed and used SRP to be just on opposition for ever to cheat the world donors, the world communities and the UN, the ASEAN and 23rd October,1991Paris peace accord etc… 3 – Since 1973 Hun Sen allied with YUON communist Vietcong and called YUON Vietcong to topple the world most hated Pol Pot regime in 1979. 4 – Now since March 2009 through ECCC and Through Mr. Thach Sareth letter of testimony to Washington Post, it proved that Mr. Hun Sen have killed more innocent Khmers during his reign of the Easter Zone during Pol Pot Regime. 5 – For Hun Sen have so much Khmer blood in his hand and he is a dictator now, the whole of SRP especially you Mu Sochua must allied yourself with the US government and US troop to topple Hun Sen the same way of the US did to Sadam Hussein in Iraq . There is no Khmer authority can arrest Hun Sen and put him on trial with ECCC in Cambodia, only the US government and the US troops can do, like they did to Sadam Hussein in Iraq. You must consult these matters with the CIA, FBI, the STATE DEPARTMENT to make sure that they don’t put you in the terrorist category. 6 – After Hun Sen topple, we all Khmer who’s living around the world can use a referendum to put the whole country of Cambodia under the protection of US government the same way as the US did in Japan , South Korea and Taiwan (not to colonise, but to protect). That way YUON and SIEM can not swallow us in the future. 7 – If the 1st option will not work, we can look back to the Khmer history, that when YUON occupied Khmer, we need to ask Thailand to rescue us from YUON. a) This 2nd option will work for you and the whole SRP very well, because the Hun Sen soldiers may think that the SRP is not Khmer Rouge and the Khmer Rouge leaders remaining are Hun Sen and the CPP. b) So the whole Khmer population may form a KHMER PEOPLE POWER TO TOPPLE Hun Sen and support all Khmer democratic. c) Make sure that the whole of SRP including you not to promise to give anything to Thailand . We Khmer will do all the fighting by ourselves like in 1979 to 1989. Thailand must not send any troop to enter Khmer territory. d) But you can guarantee to Thailand that you only need Thailand support financially and politically and for the exchange, we all Khmers will push YUON’s troop back to Vietnam country. Thus Thailand can sleep in peace when no YUON’s soldier hanging along Khmer-Thai border. e) While you establishing and operating at the Khmer-Thai border, then you can ask China +UN+ USA +ASEAN financially support, you will surprise to see how many million Khmer in Thailand , in Mekong delta and Khmer Phnom Penh will join you at the Khmer-Thai border. You will need lots of shelters, camps and foods temporary until Hun Sen quickly disappeared. While Hun Sen afraid of civil war we must give him civil war unless you and the whole SRP have a better choice after YUON swallow Khmer land completely. I do not want to see any more Khmersdied, but what choice did YUON and Hun Sen give us, we would prefer die a few hundreds, rather than let YUON swallow the whole Khmer territory.
