You can read our web pages directly using *Internet Explorer*. In case you use* FireFox, *you need to download Khmer font available on top left of our home page. In Cambodia, Information Communication Technology now reaches mature state that allows Cambodian engineer to build any application in Khmer language like English without any big difference. Since several years, Pan Localization, supported by the IDRC of Canada, help our country by providing useful aid to develop Khmer Unicode, build tools that allows users of Microsoft Windows to do Khmer sorting, spell checking, searching and optical recognition of characters. The target of the E-Document in Khmer is: To widespread the knowledge in Khmer to all Cambodian population To encourage the use of Khmer language in ICT area The vocation of our website www.veticar.com is more technology than content creator.
