In his mind, he thinks and believes that his strategy is a win-win-win strategy. Premier Hun has convinced his CPP team to believe that's his policy is a win-win policy for Cambodia; he has managed to fool IRI and other international communities to accept that Cambodia is moving in the right direction; he has made the United Nations to send a soft representative to Cambodia; he still receives a lot of help from international donors/investors and the most important victory for him is that he has made the national and international observers to believe that the results of the past elections have been acceptable as the “will” of Cambodian people. Recently, he has managed to snatch away many members and leaders of opposition parties to join his CPP. And now he has used the Cambodian court as his legal means to silence his critics. These are the reasons why he thinks and believes that his strategy is a win-win strategy. Hun Sen doesn't work alone. You know that. The notion that he doesn't know what’s going on may be shortsighted or not true. We should hold him responsible for what he does and has done. Learn more? Of course! Thanks for your advice. I never quite learning for I know the more I learn the more ignorant I become. ======= In a message dated 7/9/2009 4:09:49 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time, [email protected] writes:
Win-win strategy or loss-loss-strategy? When Hun Sen has no one dare criticize his administration, how could he know his subordinates abuse their power? Otherwise, Hun Sen's democratic legitimacy will be dead as no one can oppose or criticize his wrong doing... Timothy, you might need time to learn more...
