Dear Compatriots,


 


I'm pleased for share with you this initiative launched by 
one of our community leaders in Ottawa and others, in order to have our 
Canadian 
government re-opening its Embassy in Phnom Penh to represent our two countries' 
interests.  Canada has long been a good brother to us since 1953.  We 
need Canada to continue its humanitarian and diplomatic roles in 
Cambodia.


 


Please help circulate this petition as widely as 
possible.  It would also help if we could also promote this in our local 
publication and have our family members signed and send it to the address
