SilverlightTool Kit and Expression Blend, SQL Query Manager/SQL Server
Management
Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, Enterprise Library 4.1
specifically Exception
Handling, Logging, and validation Application Blocks, WCF, Prism, and
Unity; Test and
mocking frameworks such as Moq, Pex, and Silverlight Unit Testing
framework
• Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft patterns especially MVVM
• Candidate must be well versed and able to operate in all layers of the
application, Data Access Layer, Business Layer, Repositories, Service
layer, Presentation
Layer
• Have participated in Agile development projects, specifically SCRUM
• Demonstrated strong organization skills with attention to detail, and
have the ability self manage assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, as well as continuous improvement
process skills
• Minimum 3 years object-oriented analysis, design and development
experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with C#
• Proven experience working with relational database (SQL Server)
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft’s Enterprise Library
• Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise scale applications
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends
