Where is " Sela-thoar " in Cambodia today?
I'm sure if in Indonesia, this father would have his hot dog cut and chopped in 
many pieces before he get hung to dead.

I am not sure it will work. But, now rapists can pay their victims with a few 
hundreds dollars for a rape case. 
 
Someone suggested that to castrate rapists. Maybe it will help. 
 
I wonder what do they do in Singapore to the convicted rapists.
