Hi Lok Vichea, You have depicted correctly about the campaign for democracy in Cambodia. I would like to add a couple of things. It is not just the poor, the ignorant and the fearful people who voted for the CPP because of . The greedy, the riches and the smart ones, too, did vote for them because of their personal interests. Some politicians had gone to "oppose" the CPP so that they could use their positions to defect or share the power with them. Politics have been used as professional tools to get rich quickly for many of politicians.
