What you are saying here are serious charges against Kem Sos, his wife and the former US Ambassador to Cambodia. While there is no "acceptable" justice system available in Cambodia, there is hope here in the U.S. to bring corrupted individual to face US legal system. You should bring your fact finding, if any, to file your legal complaints with the American court and or proper authority. Kem Sos is an American citizen and so is Mr. Former Ambassador. Otherwise your charges are just baseless in the eye of the court of laws and they are just being treated as hearsay and accusations. Cambodia's court may even view these charges as "defamation." It is true that many overseas Cambodians don't know much about corrupted people (including corrupted politicians) inside Cambodia until it's too late. I have plenty of experiences with that. What is so sad is that many of overseas Cambodians are still being duped by the corrupt people inside and outside of Cambodia.
