This is we call the Art of War that Yuon Hanoi & Hun Xen had created in Khmer Politik.
The recent Sample was the case of Mayarith who tried to be a decent journalist to critize Hun Xen's Government and escaped to US' Embassy during the coup in 1997,PhnomPenh.He was a reporter of VOA news in Khmer ......and he transformed into RFA. And also a lot of Yuon's Spies had infiltrated into the Opposition Parties.
