Cambodia always beg their lenders to cancel their loans. Cambodians have never been able to support their own country themselves. They always borrow for their survival. Beside, they borrow money to buy guns so they can kill their own people to win for their power so they can corrupt and to practice the culture of impunity. It happened during Sihanouk era. It happened during Lon Nol regime. It happened during Khmer Rouge era. And it has been happening ever since. Nothing is new here.
