Hi Yannee,

It's not about who dares to challenge Vietnam, but rather who dares to work
collectively and smartly enough to get things done and to avoid being
legally trapped?

Vietnam accused Rainsy of many wrongdoings: a perverse action, damaging
common property, violating both countries’ laws, and bilateral treaties and
agreements, hindering the borderline demarcating and marker planting process.
It also stated that "Sam Rainsy’s speeches slandering Vietnam were
ill-informed, irresponsible and designed to incite a feud, undermining the
relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia." So Vietnam does not just charge
Sam
Rainsy against his physical acclivities, but also against his verbal attacks
on Vietnam.

These charges can be interpreted in so many ways by the Cambodian and the
Vietnamese courts. Rainsy needs to go back home to answer the charges,
settle the matters and to stay with his people. If Phnom Penh regime convicts
Rainsy in absentia, it could spell the end of his party. The CPP can break
SRP party by isolating Sam Rainy from his self-named Party. SRP without Sam
Rainsy will be dead.

Forget about Kem Sokha and his dysfunctional organization. If Rainsy cannot
fight the CPP with 26 seats what can an organization with 3 seats and
weaker organizational structure and skill do? However, there are so many
people
who want to become members of the oppositions just for their professional
and personal venture. Hun Sen needs some kinds of opposition parties to
look good democratically.

Don't get upset and eat too much turkey...

Lok Raingsy is inviting the king father to have trouble with Hun Sen,
that why Hanoi put pressure on CPP to remove Raingsy from Cambodia
leaving Kem Sokha as the sole silent opposition to sit in Raingsy
place. Will lok Sokha dare to challenge CPP in certain issues,
probably not, because of security reason ?
