Make it simple and more civil Timothy: Sam Rainsy physically didn't uproot the markers, the video clip shows that the farmers uprooted them. How the law will judge that act?
But as a national leader, Sam Rainsy has to say he uprooted the markers in order to secure those weak farmers. According to the law, if they implement it correctly, Sam Rainsy didn't physically uproot the markers, but he has some responsibility in that activity. However, the worse is that Cambodian government didn't pay attention to physically check the dispute site claimed by farmers and opposition, but the government through their court and major assembly have unreluctantly lifted Sam Rainsy's immunity in order to try him. Now Hun Sen government is turning the case to use judiciary by neglecting the physical matter of border encroachment by Vietnam. What is your neutral judgment...or you don't have judgment...or you think other way?
