Let me bring you back to the history of Cambodia. There were alot of rubber plantation in Kg Cham and Kratie provinces in the early years when French was still controlling Cambodia. During Sihanouk era after Cambodians were indenpent, those plantation areas were still under French controlled. Here is a sad thing to learn. The majority of workers who worked in those plantation areas were Vietnamese. Why did Cambodians not cry foul about Vietnamese this and Vietnamese that at the time?
Now, there are alot of investors in Cambodia. They are foreigners who bring in millions of dollars into Cambodia. They invest of all sort of life. They come from all over the world. Why now do people talk about Vietnamese investment in Cambodia? Are Vietnamese really bad for Cambodia, while others are good? Please explain it to us a bit. It seems that Cambodians really don't want Vietnamese to invest in Cambodia. They only want to welcome any others. What kind of people are they?
