Dear Ambassador Rodley, ***** Can the United States of America rescue Cambodia from Vietnamese communist government swallowing Cambodia now??? ***** Can the United States of America stay in Cambodia for ever by not desert Cambodia and left innocent Khmer as the most trust US ally to be slaughters by Vietcong/NVA/Khmer Rouge soldiers (prince Sirimatak Sisowath last letter in March 1975 to then US Ambassador Dean) like the USA did in March 1975??? ***** Can the United States of America rescue Cambodia from the dictator Mr. Hun Sen the same way as America did rescue Iraqi people from the dictator Mr. Sadam Hussein??? ***** Can the United States of America do it now either by law or by force, before the Hanoi government swallowing Khmer people and Khmer land through it puppet Mr. Hun Sen/CPP government completely soon. The reason describing below are related to the four questions I posed above. Before I start my description about innocent Cambodia, may I pray to almighty God, Jesus Christ to protect and bless US Ambassador Rodley and your husband always and to have a long life to watch over Cambodia, so she will not diminish from the wonderful World Maps soon by her cruel Thai and Vietnamese communist expansionist neighbors. Ambassador Rodley, by helping all Khmers inside Cambodia to stand up strong and tall against the dictatorship and corruption of Mr. Hun Sen and the Cambodian People Party (CPP) like you did in the Cambodian Olympic Stadium this year, you may also soon help rescue the whole of Cambodia from the occupation of the disguised Communist Vietnamese Army + their advisors + 4 to 5 millions illegal Vietnamese immigrants who have not left Cambodia according to the 23rd October 1991 Paris Peace Accord yet. I believe the whole of Cambodia's donors countries especially the USA got cheated again by Hun Sen's government and their master Communist Vietnamese disguised Arm forces inside Cambodia. Cambodia now is a one CPP party control state without respecting on Human Rights and Real Democracy. We want USA government to help not only Human Right, Democracy, Health and Education improvement but to urge Hanoi government to tell their puppet Mr. Hun Sen/CPP government to step down for they have committed enough crimes and corruption in Cambodia against the will of majority Khmer people. There were millions of Vietnamese illegal immigrants who vote for Mr. Hun Sen, not the majority of innocent Khmers. Ambassador Rodley, with the past assistance from the United States, I have witnessed for the first time recently, that the Prime Minister of Cambodia Mr. Hun Sen has ordered his government and his cronies NOT TO SUE the Union leader Mr. Chea Mony about his criticizing Mr. Hun Sen's government which could not find the cold blood murderer of his own brother Mr. Chea Vichea. Ambassador Rodley, in early September, 2009 along Khmer-Thai border, but well inside Khmer territory Thai soldiers’ cruelty have shot some villagers whose were cutting woods for their daily living. The shooting had injured a young man Mr. Mao Kleung 18 to the hip but he escaped the Thai soldier arrest, however the Thai soldier had also injured another teen ager Mr. Yon Rith 16, after he received fatal injury Mr. Yon Rith could not escape, then the Thai soldier arrested him, tied him up to the oxcart and poured petrol on his body and burnt him alive. This is a serious crime committed by the Royal Thai Government Arm forces towards the innocent Khmer civilians inside Khmer territory. Ambassador Rodley, in late August 2009 Mr. Hun Sen and his government have withdrawn, most of the Royal Cambodian Arm forces who belong to or are related to Cambodian People Party from the disputed area at the Khmer-Thai border, because they can not resist with Malaria and stepping on our own landmines which were laid a long time ago by the former Khmer Rouge soldiers. Mr. Hun Sen left only 20,000 men whose salaries were paid by the Royal Cambodian Arm forces also, but they were hardcore Khmer Rouge soldiers and the Khmer Rouge teenage sons who were not yet integrated fully with other Royal Cambodian Arm forces to face powerful Thai arm forces at the Khmer-Thai border. Ambassador Rodley, I never supported the Khmer Rouge genocide of 1.7 million innocent Khmers, but now it seems that the west, the USA and the innocent Khmers have fallen into the strategy and the trap of Mr. Hun Sen's government and their master Hanoi government again. Mr. Hun Sen and his CPP government left 20,000 men only former hardcore Khmer Rouge soldiers and their teenage sons to die if the Thai arm forces were to invade Cambodia and will kill all the former Khmer Rouge soldiers and their teenage sons on Mr. Hun Sen and his master Hanoi government’s behalf. Thus the whole world will not blame Mr. Hun Sen and his Hanoi master government of eliminating the last blood of their former enemies Khmer Rouge and their teenage sons. On other hand the Royal Cambodian Arm forces who belong to or are related to the Cambodian People Party will remain intact, so they can do the land grabbing and they can oppress the opposition party and the whole Khmer citizens when ever they like in many more years to come. Ambassador Rodley, Cambodia is small but she has plenty of Oil/Gas and rich mineral resources which is now guarded and protected by Hanoi government. In the East we have got colonized by Hanoi in the West we have threat from the Thai government and her powerful arm forces everyday since July 2008. Ambassador Rodley, may I urge you to request the US president Mr. Barracks Obama to negotiate with Mr. Hun Sen and his Royal Cambodian government to immediately send 10,000 of American arm forces plus 10, 000 United Nations Arm forces to the Khmer-Thai and to Khmer-Vietnamese border to: 1- prevent the Royal Thai Arm forces from burning Khmer civilians alive again. 2- prevent the Royal Thai Arm forces from invading Cambodia and killing all the former Khmer Rouge soldiers and their teenage sons. 3- prevent Mr. Hun Sen government from signing any new contracts with his master Hanoi in bringing 100,000 or more Bodoi troops to fight with the Royal Thai Arm forces from Inside Khmer territory. Although, previously there were 100,000 of NVA + 4 to 5 millions of illegal Vietnamese immigrant inside Cambodia right now, but the 25 years troop intervention (invasion) contract between Hanoi government and the Royal Cambodian Government in the past have finished. In 1950’s the French paratroops who were wearing American steel helmets, which were provided by USA government, had lost the war in Dien Bien Phu. On 30th of April, 1975 the American Arm forces and it allies lost again to the Vietcong/NVA in Vietnam War. >From 1982-1993 Mr. James Baker former Secretary of State and the UNTAC lead by >Australian 2 stars general, got cheated again by Hanoi, for Hanoi troop were >not genuinely withdraw from Cambodia until now. >From 2006-2009 the United Nation hybrid international court in Cambodia (ECCC) >got interfered with and controlled by Mr. Hun Sen and his master government >from Hanoi. Without the United States Arm forces and the United Nations Arm forces intervention in Cambodia one more time, the Human Right and the democracy issue will not be achieved easily while Mr. Hun Sen’s CPP government and his Hanoi master are colonizing Cambodia. May almighty God Jesus Christ bless America. May almighty God Jesus Christ rescue Cambodia from Vietnam swallowing and from the Royal Thai Arm forces invasion.
