It's such a relief to read something constructive. If someone is
opposed to a politician or to a political party they lose all
credibility if they oppose absolutely everything that that do.

coming from the pen of Bury and all the conspiracy theorists. ...
To those of you overseas who are actually helping Cambodia by
sending money or helping to organise the rebuilding of Cambodia- that
is wonderful and to those of us IN Cambodia working in a practical way
to rebuild - wonderful.
Hun Sen is not to blame for the devastation caused by the Khmer
Rouge and, as someone said the other day, Vietnam was asked to
"invade" because a) Cambodia couldn't help herself and b) the United
Nations AND the USA refused to help. Please don't be mistaken, I am
no particular friend of Vietnam and I too wish our border was left as
it should be - north, east and west.. BUT at the close of the 4 years
of the Khmer Rouge Vietnam saved us from self extinction. John
